What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form — your name, email address, the city or neighborhood you enter, and the details you write about your project. Nothing else is requested and nothing is required beyond that.
How it's used
Your note is used for one thing: to reply to you about your project. It isn't sold, rented, or traded, and it isn't added to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.
Who sees it
Shelley reads every message personally. If a project moves forward, relevant details may be shared with trades, vendors, or suppliers strictly to price and complete the work.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Standard web hosting logs — such as IP address and browser type — may be recorded by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
Photography
Project photography on this site shows completed work. Client names, addresses, and other identifying details are never published without permission.
Your choices
You can ask at any time for a copy of what's been shared, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact page and it'll be handled.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
Let's open the door to your next chapter.
